All prices are FOB Voluntown, CT and are subject to change without notice. Quantity Price breaks are per specie and size. (Not Total order quantity)

Shipping Season
Fall: Approximately September 1 to November 1. Spring: Approximately late March to May 1.

Terms & Conditions
All stock is sold in multiples of 10. Full Payment is required for orders under $300.00. For orders over $300.00 a 25% non-refundable deposit is required with placement of order and balance due on or before March 1. There will be a $25.00 charge on checks returned NSF. Hartikka Tree Farms is solely responsible for the sale transaction and is not liable in the event of crop loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control. Liability ceases when trees are delivered to the carrier. If breakage occurs or if stock suffers through delay in transit, claims should be made immediately to the carrier. We cannot guarantee survival of our plant material and have no control over soil, weather planting, or cultural conditions after plants leave our nursery.

Shipping
Add 18% of the total order to cover shipping and handling or a minimum of $12.00. If actual costs exceed 18%, you will be billed for the difference or your credit card will be charged. All shipments and pickup dates must be arranged beforehand. We do not guarantee shipping dates, but will do our best to fulfill your needs. No COD Shipments!

Our Stock
All stock is state inspected and disease free. It is approved for shipment anywhere except where regulations prohibit. Trees are packed with the utmost care and moistened before leaving nursery.

Order Cancellations or Reductions
All order cancellations and reductions must be received by March 1. Orders cancelled or reduced after March 1 will be charged 25% of total order.
